The electrically operated steel sliding gate is widely used in various types of factories and buildings recently, which has multiple functions, including highly wind-resistance capability. It has switchable electrical or manual operations, single or double tracks and lower or upper weight bearing.
  Lower weight bearing: the body of the gate is bore by tracks on the bottom. It is durable, easy maintainable, safe, simply controlled and adaptable to various thermal insulation and outer layer systems.
  Upper weight bearing: the body of the gate is bore by the upper side. The bearing tracks on the upper side of the gate must be highly intensified and has outstanding load-carrying properties. The gate has high reliability and low force of friction which makes it light and steady to open. The door opening machine has small starting torque and low energy consumption.

Huachuang sliding gate is drove by Italian driving motor to ensure the sliding movement. There is wheel type, arm type, ground embedded type, and etc, electrical motors.

The remote control and access control card can be used to open and close the gate. With the photoelectric protection system, the gate can stop automatically to prevent people and vehicles from getting stuck.

1, Style: simple, modern, classical and fashionable.
2, Material: we choose national standard 304# stainless steel which has low carbon content and flexible and tough.
3, Welding process requirements: we adopt argon-arc protection welding process which has firm and smooth welding spot. And after welding, it will be inspected by the experienced iron art technicians.
4, Delicate burnish: The welding spots are burnished carefully to avoid rough selvedge, spurs and pointed corner angles.

5, The electric motor has large starting torque which is also steady and reliable to operate and convenient to install and repair. It adopts ultra-low voltage operation (50% output power at 180V, normal operation at 200V) and has thermal protector inside (the electricity will be cut off automatically when the temperature of the motor reaches a rated level). And the gate can be operated manually by opening the clutch when black out.

Three, the technological process of the product:

   Site measurement, sample according to the diagram, material cutting, welding and assembling, polishing and rust cleaning, hot-dip galvanizing, applying unsaturated polyester putty, burnishing and polishing and paint spraying.

It adopts built-in micro computer chip for the control system of the automatic gate whose control process can be set automatically. The customer can choose the ideal opening and closing speed. Its electric lock function makes it possible to control the access of the visitors according to requirements. Moreover, the optional reserve power ensures the auto gate keep operating at the setting state to guarantee personnel safety when outer power supply is cut off.
