One: Color coating steel plate

    Based on cold-pressed steel plate and galvanized steel plate, through pre-processing (degreasing, cleaning and chemical treatment and continuous coating-painting of the surface, following by baking and cooling, color coating steel plate is made.

Two: Continuous color coating-painting unit

1. Pre-processing

    After degreasing, cleaning, chemical treatment and sealing treatment, seven films of phosphate oxidation or compound metal oxidation is formed on the surface of the steel roll, which will improve the anti-corrosion performance of its coating and adhesive force of its final products.

2. Smearing and baking

    On the pre-processed steel plate, first, smear a layer of coating (undercoat)

with good adhesive force, after baking, then smear another layer of finishing paint with good anti-corrosion performance, following by baking, a color coating steel plate with beautiful appearance and homogeneous quality is made.

3. Additional treatment

Waxing, adding protective film or embossing (steel plate embossing).

Operation orders for assembled floor plates

(1).Clean the surface of steel girder and weld the steel floor deck onto it according to the drawing.

(2).Weld the steel floor deck on to the steel girder according to the welding orders.

(3).Fix the junctures between steel floor decks with clamps.

(4).Weld the nail scissors at the passing through area of the girder.

(5).Fix the steel mesh according to the design.

(6).Concrete pouring.
